The Napa-style winery and restaurant originating in the mid-west, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant, opens its fourth South Florida establishment in Pembroke Pines, following the Doral, Coconut Creek and Palm Beach Gardens openings.

Reminiscent of those visits to Napa Valley, the tasting room and wine shop at Cooper’s Hawk quickly transports you to those memorable moments vacationing in wine country, driving from winery to winery. The tasting room embraces the rich Napa feel, while the clerestory windows give a sense of openness and grandeur to the artisan market and extra-long tasting bar. Inspiration for the décor is, rightfully so, influenced by the craft of wine-making, including a textured cork wall in the main bar. Wood tones are tastefully mixed with artwork crafted from reclaimed barrels to reinforce the restaurants signature DNA. In addition to the award winning handcrafted wines including Cooper’s Hawk Lux Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Meritage, Merlot, Pino Noir and Blanc de Blanc, the wine menu also includes international wines from Spain, Italy and Australia.

40-year-old McEnery bootstrapped a winery, restaurant and a full-fledged retail operation with over $220 million in annual revenue. He started out in hospitality at the age of 11, and slowly worked his way through the ranks to prove that the American dream still exists. Today, the 125,000-square foot winery in Woodridge, IL, produces over five million bottles of wine per year to supply over 30 Cooper’s Hawk restaurants.
